Symptoms

On: Framework Version 2.4.0.2.0 version,

When attempting to run Billing batch,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ERROR (com.splwg.base.support.cobol.CobolToJavaGateway) Error invoking method invoke
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space
at java.lang.Throwable.getStackTraceElement(Native Method)
at java.lang.Throwable.getOurStackTrace(Throwable.java:591)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Billing batch
