Symptoms

On : 1.9.1 version, Resource

When attempting to use the Apply Changes Action on a Change Request,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: Invalid Last Period Processed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Change Request for Assets
2. Populate the Dispose View
3. Change the status to Approved
4. Use Apply Changes Action --> Error: Invalid Last Period Processed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Complete the Change Request.
