Symptoms

In all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), the test tool slpit can be used to simulate Signaling System 7 (SS7) traffic on the Service Logic Controllers (SLCs).

Each call scenario which users want to test must be written based on a specification understood by the slpit tool.  More information on slpit can be found in the Test Tools guide.

When trying to simulate a range of numbers (callingPartyNumber) calling another range of numbers (calledPartyNumberBCD, the script fails to be parsed with the error:
