ALM Process Screens Show Invalid Request / Error While Processing Request on New Installation (Doc ID 2089363.1)

Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.1, after applying LRM 8.0.0.0 ---> LRM 8.0.1.0 ------> ALM 8.0.0.0 -----> ALM 8.0.1.0, several ALM screens are showing errors:

Red Oracle

Invalid request / Error while processing request.

Please contact your System Administrator for more information.


The following error is found in the nohup.out log for the Web Server:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install LRM 8.0.0.0 ---> LRM 8.0.1.0 ------> ALM 8.0.0.0 -----> ALM 8.0.1.0
2. Check ALM screens: Financial Services Asset Liability Management -> Asset Liability Management -> ALM Processing
==> All Static and Dynamic Process screens return errors, however other ALM screens appear to be working.
