Unable to Search for Specific User Even Though It Is Shown From User Node in Java Client (Doc ID 2089553.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Unable to search for specific user using Quick Search nor Advanced Search

Expected Behavior

Able to search for the specific user using Quick Search and Advanced Search

What is Working

Can see the user from Java Client user node


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into Java Client as admin user
  2. Run Quick Search, and search with the problem user's User ID
  3. No result returns
  4. Run Advanced Search, and search with the problem user's User ID
  5. No result returns
  6. Goto Admin tab > Settings > User Settings > Users
  7. Filter By User ID, and search for the problem user. See the user displays
 Note: No search result returns in both Java Client and Web Client

 

Changes

 The problem user was deleted/undeleted
