Goal

Each release the integration between Siebel and Oracle Knowledge flow can be slightly different.  As each release comes out improvements have been made to the integration making it more robust and performant.  The basic overall architecture has stayed the same.  This article will try and explain the release differences as well as the overall flow and architecture of the integration.
