Symptoms
After the installation of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 5.0.2 and above, when starting the screens via the Java Webstart method, the Alarm Definition tab is no longer visibile in the Alarm Management screens. This tab's visibility is controlled by the "showEFM" Java parameter, however setting this does not have an effect on the visibility of this tab. For example:

As a result, viewing all the definitions of all the NCC alarms is not available.
