Cartridge Installation Error - javax.management.InstanceNotFoundException

Goal
We are trying to setup a new testing environment for ASAP 7.0.2. Weblogic & ASAP installed successfully [No error in any of the log files]. When trying to deploy the cartridge or listing the existing cartridges, we are receiving the following error.
