Symptoms
On : 11.1.0.7.0 version, Transformation for PDC
There was a severe error in the Batch Rating Engine (BRE) when creating a Zonemodel using the Out of Box (OOB) Service Telephony.
ERROR

oracle.xml.xpath.XPathException: Extension function error: Error invoking 'getServiceCode':'oracle.communications.brm.pdc.server.transformation.TransformationException: Configuration Missing: One or more configuration objects that are used in the pricing object(s) does not exist.'
STEPS
-----------------------
1) Go to PDC -> Zonemodel
2) Create a simple zonemodel for the service Telephony
Example : Origin 00 , Destination : 311 , IC : Test
3) Make sure BRE and Realtime Rating Engine (RRE) are up and running
4) Submit the ChangeSet
The ChangeSet will go to the Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) without issue but failed in BRE and stuck in "Pending" status.
