Symptoms

On : 8.6.5.9182 version, Oracle Transaction Controls Governor

When attempting to implement 'Use Case 2: Superuser Transaction Controls' from TCG implementation guide, at time if saving the model,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Please not that not all objects used in model are not related to one another. This will cause no rows to return. Would you like to continue to save?"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow the 'Use Case 2: Superuser Transaction Controls' from TCG implementation guide
2. Save the model.
