Add Discrepancy Window : 'Discrepancy Action' does not appear in the 'Action Drop Down List' (Doc ID 2098413.1)

- Log into RDC Onsite 5.1 as SITE user
- Open CRF
- Perform Data Entry
- Click Add Discrepancy icon and select field discrepancy
- Click Action Dropdown > need to select 'Send to Investigator' > however, it is not displayed in the Action List of Values (while the value is present and active in the 'DISCREPANCY ACTIONS SITE' Installation Codelist).

What setup needs to be checked in order to correct the above situation?
