Goal
In Oracle Clinical Remote Data Capture Onsite User's Guide Release (Release 4.6.2), chapter 3 "Entering and Updating Patient Data" ,
under section "Save Incomplete" ,it isn't clear that although the user is not prompted for a reason for change with a Save Incomplete, in all other
respects auditing for saved incomplete documents is the same as for saved complete documents.
