Symptoms

On CCB v2.4.0.2.0, OI - Open Item Accounting - Match Event page

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Search icon is active and context menu icon is inactive. The user can change Account ID on existing Match Event. It should never be allowed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In CCB v2.2.0 when looking at specific Match Event the Account Context menu is always active and Search icon next to Account is inactive. This is correct. User should never be able to change Account ID on any existing Match Event. And user has to be able to move to the Account screen using Account menu icon.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. search for Match Event ID XXXXXXXXXX in CCB 2.4 Demo environment
2. observe that Account context menu icon is inactive and Search icon is active.
