Fails to Sync Huge Number of LDAP Users to Agile With Transaction Timeout Error in Ldap-migration.log (Doc ID 2104745.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to sync huge number of LDAP users (60,000+) to Agile, fails to load all the expected LDAP users and below transaction timed out error are found in ldap-migration.log:

Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to Java Client　as admin user
2. Configure LDAP setting, and set LDAP server with over 60,000 users. Set filter to load all the LDAP users
3. Goto Admin tab > User Setting > Users, and run Refresh Users From LDAP Directory
4. Check ldap-migration.log. See the error
