Goal

This article will attempt to explain how the Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) Voucher Wallet Servers (VWS) determine how much to grant in the Initial and Subsequent Reservations (IR and SR respectively) based on the Requested Reservation Chunk (RRC), Low Credit Notification (LCN), and the Billing Resolution (BR).

This applies to all versions of NCC and will not take into consideration max concurrent accesses and greedy limits.
