Goal

Oracle Clinical 5.1 requires Java JRE 8 Update 25 or higher release 8 update (1.8.0_25+).
The Technology Stack Note 180430.1 states that Java JRE 8 requires patch 17555224 applied to the Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g home.
Customer has downloaded and installed Runtime Java Engine jre-8u71-windows-x64.exe but Oracle Clinical doesn't open.

Why is this the case? What is causing this?
