Goal

How to change the attribute and attribute order when opening window from address book palette in web client?

Step

  1. Log into Web Client
  2. Go to specific Change
  3. Process the workflow
  4. When changing the status to CCB, press the address book palette for Approvers, Acknowledgers, Observers, Notify To.
  5. Confirm the following attribute in order. Unable to find where to change the attribute and the attribute order

    User ID First Name Last Name Job Function(s) Business Phone Email
