Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Cannot launch Java Client with the following Java message. Java Client could be launched the day before.

Error
Application Blocked.

Your security settings have blocked an application signed with an expired or
not-yet-valid certificate from running

What is found

  1. <Patch:18017607>: 9.3.2.0.153 is applied


Steps

1. Press the Start button from the Java Client start page
