Steps To Recreate

----------------------------

1. On CCB 2.4.0.2 / FW 4.2.0.2, open the Login page by entering the URL in IE. 
2. Login by a user, user "A".
3. Enter the URL of loginPage.jsp (or by IE bookmark link) without logging out.
4. Login page displays. Then, login by another user "B".


Expected Result: The top right corner of the screen should display the current logged in user name(B).


Actual Result: The top right corner of the screen displays previous logged in user name(A).
