Symptoms

On :  5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

Change Tracking Details report for Object: Expense Report Templates
  shows that the responsibility named Responsabile Payables made these changes.

 Responsabile Payables is not in English


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Change tracking > edit change for  Expense Report Templates
