Managed Server cannot be started within ODM vs OUAF Native Mode Installation

STEPS
-----------------------
Install a fresh ODM v2.1.1
Set OUAF Native Mode
Configure ODM v2.1.1 in this OUAF Native Mode ENV
Not able to start the managed server
