Symptoms
Base batch WPM creating ToDo - Algorithm Code is required
Base batch WPM creating unwanted ToDo. User are not able to figure out why these To-Do's are getting created for an account. WPM runs for final billed/inactive customer to trigger the write off process. WPM is creating write off process with Algorithm code required ToDo.
