Symptoms

When a new case is created by E2B Import and the imported E2B data contains a Study with Japanese and foreign license products,
Case Form >> Analysis >> PMDA Info >> General tab does not have the license records of the product in the Study.

 

If a case is created by Case Actions >> New with the same Study,
Case Form >> Analysis >> PMDA Info >> General tab has the license records of the product in the Study.
