Difference in Promotion Dat File Formats for Account Level And Service Level Promotions in CMT

On : version, Conversion Manager

Noticed difference in the data generated in profile_t.dat for account level and service level promotions by CMT.

MOD_T column value was not created in the dat file for service level promotions.

Since both account and service level promotions were created in the same file and data generated in the dat was different for account level and service level promotions, service level promotions were getting rejected.

It was failing during import stage.

Errors should not come while CMT import/export operations.

- Load xml file using CMT utliity
- bad files are getting generated for profile_t.
