Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.14.0 version, Voucher Manager

Topup failed with error message "Cannot validate Voucher" on Customer Center.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Customer having data service
2. Balance group has Account level and service level
3. Data service is having balance group
4. Deal created for data service as shown below which will be used for creating vouchers.
