What Controls The Report Form Type Drop Down on the Report Batch Printing Dialog Pop-Up from the Reports >Periodic Reports menu:

Goto Reports > Periodic Reports > CTPR
Click on any report
Click on the Print button (lower right)
You get the Report Batch Printing screen
