Goal

Questions about configuring Spatial data for Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA) 2.5.2

 1) Is Oracle Spatial required or will Oracle Locator do? Oracle Locator was  sufficient for Oracle Network Management System (NMS) --> OUA 2.5.1, but the documentation for OUA 2.5.2 is not  clear on this topic.

 2) which third party vendor should I use for download of spatial data?
 
 The documentation gives no guideance / indication on which is best

3) Do I have to import the shapefile  and import the world_sample.dmp file?
