Symptoms

Slow processing of orders in ASAP.

Around 40k orders are in <ENV_ID>.asap_jms_module!<ENV_ID>.MessageQueue in ASAP and the queue is moving very slowly. We performed an ASAP restart, but it did not help to resolve the issue.

The following query in AWR is taking approximately 9 sec per execution.
