Symptoms

When attempting to run the schema validation tool (Validate.bat / .sh), the following error occurs at the end of the schema validation wizard:

ERROR

Error in launching schema validation report: UnsupportedOperationException (the BROWSE action is not supported on the current platform)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Run validate.bat (.sh)
2.  Get to the end of the validation wizard
3.  See error on Launching schema validation report

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the schema validation report.
