UIM Upgrade To 7.3.1.1; Rundb Error On Create Index IDX_SRV_EOID_ED (Doc ID 2122210.1)

Symptoms

Upon  upgrade to UIM, from 7.3.0.2.1 to 7.3.1.1 when you run rundb.sh script, here the console log:
