Symptoms
On Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) 2.4.0.3 / Oracle Utilities Framework (FW) 4.2.0.3, the Save button in the disabled state is not so user friendly. The text is blurred and also the mouse pointer continues to show a hand icon. Thus, distinguishing between an enabled and disabled Save button is slightly hard.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to an old style page such as User Maintenance page under Admin Menu > U > User
2. Observe the Save button. It should be disabled with a blurred text and a hand icon.
3. Modify one of the fields such as the email address.
4. Observe the Save button. It should be enabled with a clear text and a hand icon.
Actual Result:
The save button is disabled with a blurred text and a hand icon.
Expected Result:
In disabled state, the save button should be disabled with gray text and 'arrow' icon like in CCB 2.3.1.
