Goal

Selected patient information is not being printed on the Case Listings Report.
Reports > Aggregate Reports > Case Listing
Select fields:
Date of Birth
Patient Age
Patient Age Units
Patient Gender
Print the Report
The above fields are blank on the report for some cases

How do you make these fields appear on the report?
