Symptoms

 i.
'No data to display' appears in the 'Single Patient Casebook' view page when :

- a long CPE Name is defined
- a 'sub event' page has been entered for this CPE

and the combination of CPE_NAME<DOT>SUBEVENT_NUMBER exceeds 16 characters

eg

CPE NAME LENGTH  SUBEVENT NUMBER LENGTH  RESULT
---------------  ----------------------  --------------------------------
12               to a max of 3 digits    OK
13               to a max of 2 digits    OK (3 digit subevent will fail)
14               to a max of 1 digit     OK (2+ digit subevent will fail)
15               0                       OK (1+ digit subevent will fail)
16               0                       OK (1+ digit subevent will fail)

All is well in the Multi-Patient view.
