Symptoms

When the other relevant history events are more than 7,
all events are not populated in the in "Primary disease/complication/ anamnesis" column of PMDA Paper Form2 (page 1)

STEPS
---------------------------------------------
1. Go to patient tab
2. Enter more than 7 records in Case Form > Patient > Patient Other Relevant History section
3. Fill in the required items for PMDA reporting
4. Schedule a PMDA report
5. Open a Draft as PMDA paper form 1/2
