Goal
On : PDC 11.1.0.7.0 version,
Scenario:
* When configuring a charge offer, for an EventBillingProductFeeCycle_Cycle_Forward_Monthly, credit a balance (to contain a monthly bucket of data) and set the field 'Amount is Valid' as :
'From Event occurrence- 1 Recurring Cycle'.
* After doing this, submit the changeset
* The end validity date of balance in ECE is set to infinite, for example, (292278994-08-17T07:12:55.807Z)
