Goal
On Oracle Communication Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.13.0 version, integrated with Elastic Charging Engine :
Using eai_js payload xml received from ECE, the /event/billing/product/action/purchase event is trying to publish the purchased product, but as it is 'item' type product there will not be any purchased product. Due to this payload configuration, it is aborting the transaction and the item product cannot be purchased.
