CCG Change Tracker Not Showing Applications on the change tracker page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Applications should be visible after navigating to the Change Tracker screen.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG
2. Navigate to change tracker.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cannot change track certain objects.
