Measurement Data Graph/Events Profile Bar need optimization

In the 360 view on the Measurement Data Graph zones, the rendering of the GUI when loading several weeks of data on the Measurements Overlay section of the 360 degree screen is extremely slow. The event bar is being loaded in a sequential manner which is believed to be the cause.  This is especially slow in the example where the Event Bar shows Conditions of "System Estimated" and all intervals meet the criteria for the Event Bar.
Due to this issue, users cannot see this data in a timely manner.
