MRP Workbench not showing horizontal plan data for some weeks

On MRP Work bench in one organization we are seeing the horizontal plan is not showing any data for week of 14-MAR-2016 and also for week of 30-MAY-2016. We need help to find out why MRP workbench is not showing data for those weeks.
