Goal

How to store the answer time in a CDR?

Customer makes a MO(mobile originating) call without charging.
There are some time fields in Advanced Calling Services (ACS) CDR.

According to the network trace, there should be a call answer time stamp : 20160429074227 recorded in NCC CDR.
