Validation Procedure execution fails with the following errors when the CPE Name(s), defined in the 'Event Range' First and Last fields have been renamed in the 'Clinical Planned Events' screen :  

Error executing: Get Visit Number       
         Patient:       
         Message: ORA-01001: invalid cursor ORA-01403: no data found
