The Network Processor fails to start successfully on SPARC M7 running Solaris 11.3 after installing IPSA 7.3.0 patch 1.

The log files report an error loading the Service Cartridges and the cman.log reports the following:

When trying to start the network processor from the command line, this also fails and a core dump is generated.
