Unable To Modify Name Of Generic Selector Impacts (Doc ID 2147951.1)

Goal

Customer has configured one Generic Selector xxx_S100_PSTN, which is being used by only one charge offer of PSTN. When they try to modify one of the Impacts name from ABC to DEF for example; it is not allowing to submit and throws an error because the original impact is still used in the charge offer.

So, Customer deleted the impact from charge offer and then tried to submit, it still fails throwing validation error. As an alternate approach, they exported the pricing xml, changed at both the places simultaneously and tried to import. Then as well it fails.

So, its kind of deadlock situation, where the customer is not able to modify name of impact in Generic Selector and Charge Offer.
