CCB - Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing
MDM - Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management
SP - Service Point
IE - Install Event

In CCB, complete the following setup:

a.) create SP, Meter, Meter Config
b.) install Meter into SP on 3/21/2012
c.) remove Meter from SP on 2/23/2013
d.) retire Meter on 1/20/2015

Perform and complete initial sync processing through Loaded status for SP, Meter, Meter Config. Send across the SP/MTR HIST record and during D1-SIKIE, error "Device 602689910922 must be active upon installation" will be thrown.
