Goal

On : 11.1.0.7.0 version, User Interface

There is a requirement to give discount of 10% at the billing time, if the customer has total due >50$.

But there is no balance[currency resource] in the discount Expression Builder in PDC. Only non currency resources are seen.

How to configure Billing-Time Discounts using PDC?
