Single User Unable To Access Change Tracker Queries Or Change Tracker Page Does Not Load ORA-06502,ORA-00936,ORA-00907 (Doc ID 2152658.1)

On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A single CCG user is unable to access change tracker queries in CCG. Upon pressing the "Change Tracker" button the page does not load and after about 1/2 hour or more, the following page gets displayed with the following text:

"The page can't be displayed Make sure the web address..."

This issue may first occur after a new query has been added by the user in the CCG applications.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Change tracker page should load for all users in a reasonable time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG (as one user experiencing the issue).
2. Workbench > CCG > press 'Change Tracker' button.
3. Page does not load for a very long time.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot extract change tracker reports.

Changes

 The single user added a new CCG query to CCG applications. The query may be malformed.
