Oracle Billing Care's Customer Assets Card not Working for Standalone Services

Oracle Billing Care's Customer Assets Card was not working for some specific accounts when opened from Billing care GUI. It gave below error in Billing Care log as following:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create account via testnap without any product, but service should be there.
2. Open the account from Billing care GUI and check Customer Assets Card.
