Symptoms

UIM throwing the following error on Geographic Place creation:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "UIM"."GEOGRAPHICPLACE"."FORMATTEDIDENTIFIER" (actual: 282, maximum: 255)

Note: Formatted Identifier is the concatenation of Char Values associated to the place instance.
