Symptoms

Report folders are missing from BI Publisher catalog view in a P6 EPPM Cloud environment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to BI Publisher
  2. Open Catalog
  3. See that folders are missing that were there before

Due to this issue, users cannot access previously existing reports.
