Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to navigate in or use CCG Application
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error encountered while processing the request. Please try again.
If problem persists, please contact your System Administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the CCG
2. Workbench > CCG > Change Tracker
3. Select a query and click on Changes
or
Click on any CCG Definitions

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the CCG Application as per the business requirement
